Ways to register:

Deadline: December 1, 2008, except for student scholarship applicants (see below).
CIDR Graduate Student Scholarship Program
CIDR will again offer a limited number of grants for students who would like to attend CIDR'09. The grant is exclusively available to graduate students and will only cover the registration fee (for a shared room).
Applications should include the following material:
-- a brief research statement from the student
-- a brief note from the student's advisor endorsing the application
This material should be sent via e-mail to cidrscholarship@gmail.com. The e-mails should be in plain text and should not include any attachments.
Priority will be given to students who are co-authors on accepted papers.
Submission deadline: December 1, 2008
Notification of decisions:December 5, 2008
Notice to applicants:
Applicants for the Student Scholarship do not have to register for CIDR until Monday 12/8, by which time they will have heard whether they have received the scholarship.
